strips of beef cooked fresh with onion, lemongrass and chili, on top of carrot, cucumber, mint, rice noodles and bean sprouts. then you pour the dressing - a sweet, sour and bit spicy - over the whole lot. crunchy, chewy, freash and cooked all at the same time, so incredibly yummy. and topped off with jasmin tea.
if you're an adelaidean, go to the old food court at the markets, the vietnamese place on the right as you go in the north end, its number 4. you won't be disappointed.

wow, there's, like, lots of ingredients in that bowl. i see some carrots and some noodles. and is that tea?? wow. what a meal
it's called 'bun' (pronounced 'boon' with a short "oo" like in 'foot')
and bun with beef is "bun ho"
I like the chicken bun... and the grilled pork bun... and you can get either of those with mini spring rolls sprinkled all over the top too!
I eat it at least once a week... sometimes more. I agree. It is the best lunch ever.
Man. I'm starving now.
oh wek, you're so knowledgable! my friend anthony had the one with spring rolls on it one time and it did look amazing, but i can never drag myself away from the lemongrass beef...
